Yes. Once you have entered the Schengen Territory, Single Entry Visa allows the holder to circulate within the Schengen Territory multiple number of times. However, if the holder of this Visa leaves the Schengen Territory, he/she cannot re-enter again without a new valid Visa.
If you plan to apply for your Schengen Visa at the Spain Visa Application Centre, your main Destination and the maximum Period of Stay in the Schengen States must be in a Spanish city only. Please, provide a proof to support this Information.
The Spanish Embassy issues Visas for Spain and for the other Schengen States. The Schengen Visa issued by the Spanish Embassy gives access to 26 Schengen Countries in total. However, the Schengen Visa Applications will only be accepted by the Spanish Embassy and the Spain Visa Application Centre- if Spain is the Country of the maximum stay. If the Duration of the Stay is the same in several Schengen States, Spain must be the first Point of Entry.

Applicants are free to apply up to 180 days prior to their date of travel. However, all applications must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the proposed date of travel to accommodate any unforeseen processing delays. This period is extended to 9 months in the case of the seamen.
In most cases, you will be informed within 15 calendar days whether your application has been successful. Sometimes it can take up to 45 days in case it is necessary to make a more detailed exam of the application.
The Spain Visa Application Centre does not prepare Visa Applications, but accepts and processes Applications in accordance with the Embassy’s Instructions.

It is mandatory to come for submission personally – in case if you have already submitted Biometric details within the last 59 months and have ‘VIS’ mark on your latest Visa. In this case you can also send a Representative to submit your Visa Application. Please, note that Embassy holds a right to request you to visit the Visa Centre for Biometrics re-submission. In all other cases – you have to visit the Visa Centre personally. For collection of Passport as well, if you are unable to make it in Person, you can send a Representative to collect you Passport with a Power of Attorney issued by Notary, Identity Document and Original of Receipt from BLS. Applications by Post are not accepted and shall be returned without processing the Application.
Applicants need to book an Appointment to submit their Application at the Spain Visa Centres. Our Officers at the Counter will collect your Visa Application Form to check that the Documents are complete and your Photograph meets the required Specifications. Your Passport will be checked for validity, empty pages and previous Travel Information. Your Fees will be collected only in Tenge and in Cash and the Documents you submit will be checked in a manner in which they are required by the Embassy of Spain. You will be issued a Receipt for the Fees paid and given an Acknowledgement for the Submission of your Passport.
The Spain Visa Centre is responsible only for the acceptance of the Visa Applications and is not authorized to advise/recommend you what type of Visa you should apply for. The Applicant will have to find out the Visa Category he/she is eligible for based on the Purpose of Travel.

You should contact the Visa Centres of Spain in Astana or Almaty and do the following:
- Explain the situation clearly.
- Provide the Contact details of the Travel Agents in charge.
- Provide the Contact details of the Travellers and the Purpose of the Visit.
- Detailed Information on the Number of Applicants, Flight details, Route, Cost of Travel(per person), etc.
- Official and Final List of the Applicants, including their FullNames, in alphabetic order, and their Passport numbers.
If your Application is not accompanied by the supporting Documents, required by the Embassy of Spain in Astana - you will be asked to turn up when you have a full set of Documents.
Once your Application is registered on our System, you will be issued a Receipt for the Fees you have paid and for the Reference Number to track the status of your Visa Application at:

Every Visa Application needs to be accompanied by a Visa Fee and a Service Fee(except for the Gratis cases, identified by the Embassy of Spain in Astana), also Fees for Additional Services(if opted). All Fees need to be paid only in cash and only in KZT.
Once the Application is processed by the Spain Embassy in Astana and your Passport is returned to the Visa Centre, you will be required to bring your Receipt and Identity proof with you for the Collection of your Passport. For Passport Collection timings, please visit the Contacts page.
In case if you are not able to collect your Passport personally – you can send your Representative along with your Receipt, Power of Attorney (notarized) and his/her Identity proof.
The Spain Visa Centre can courier your Application to you as long as the Address provided by you is trackableby our Courier Partner - FedEx.
